Finger Lickin' Chicken

Ingredients

2 lb. chicken wings

1/2 cup chili sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon veg oil

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Remove wing tips from chicken wings. discard or save for soup stock. Then cut wings in half at the joint.

Line a large baking sheet with heavy duty foil. Place a rack on top of baking sheet. Arrange chicken wings, 1/2 in apart, on top of rack.

In a small bowl, stir remaining ingredients together. Brush top of chicken wings generously with half of mixture.

Bake in centre of pre-heated oven for 15 min. Then turn wings and brush with remaining sauce. Continue to bake for 10 to 15 min. or until chicken is cooked and skin is crispy. Serve with thick-cut fries.
